Step 1) Pre-Inspection
Before quoting we need to inspect, photograph and measure your vehicle. This process takes around 15 minutes. This also gives us a chance to look for potential issues such as the condition of the paint and if there are any complex 3d shapes to the vehicle which will affect the design.
Step 2) Quote and Estimate
Based on your design requirements we will provide you with an estimate for the design, production and installation of your vehicle signage
Step 3) Design and approval
Once the quote is accepted and payment made, we will commence the design process; If you have provided the designs we will send you a final proof to approve. If a design is required, we will send you one or more design options and then refine them with based on your feedback.
Step 4) Production
Once the design is approved, we will commence production of your graphics, this process usually takes a few days. If required we can produce colour samples for you to check and sign off before production.
Step 5) Installation
We will book a time with you to install your graphics. Please ensure the vehicle has been cleaned prior to dropping it off. We will then prepare your vehicle for installation including removing any grease where the signage is to be installed and apply knifeless tape to protect your vehicles paint. For difficult areas, we use 3M edge primer to enhance the vinyl adhesion. Each panel is applied separately to achieve an overall seamless finish.
There are two ways to produce your graphics:
Every vehicle and application is different, so the price depends on the scope your design, Prices can range from a few hundred dollars for a simple design to many thousands for a full wrap. Applying graphics to flat areas of the vehicle are easiest and fastest to install and the most cost-effective. Covering an entire panel, door or bumpers require more preparation time and care to install and will cost more. Ultimately the price will depend on the vehicle type, surface complexity and type of film used.
If your vehicle is getting a full wrap, we often have to remove door handles, moulding and lights to apply the vinyl, On an older vehicle this can take more time and increase the installation costs. Other factors to consider are the condition of the paint which may require repair prior to installing.
The vinyl is designed to conform to the shape of any dents or damaged paint. Flaky, rusty or chipped surfaces may cause problems with vinyl adhesion. An inspection prior to installation will pick up any issues.

Installation times vary according to the complexity of the project, Small jobs can be installed in one day, typically you drop off the vehicle in the morning and collect it in the afternoon. For larger job or we require the vehicle for 2-5 days to allow time to properly clean, install and inspect your graphics, we like to build in 24 hours minimum for the materials to set which allows us to ensure the highest quality when you pick up your vehicle.
There are pros & cons to wrapping or painting a vehicle. A high-quality paint job will cost just as much if not more than a high-quality wrap but will last the life of the vehicle. While a quality wrapping film may only last 5-10 years it will protect the underlying paint and can be removed easily. A wrap doesn’t run the risk of inconsistencies that come with a cheap paint job. We do not recommend doing a “cheap” respray on your vehicle for a change of colour as it will ultimately damage the value and make it harder to resell down the line.
We can either print your graphics or use pre-coloured vinyl which comes in over 50 base colours, plus special films such as metallics, reflective, and matte colours.
The lifespan of your vehicle graphics depends on how well they are cared for, the amount of exposure to the sun and environmental stress from road driving. Normally vehicle graphics will last 5-6 years before showing signs of wear and tear.
No, as long as the paint is in good condition prior to installation it will no be damaged, In fact, the vinyl will actually protect your paint from UV damage and minor scratches. However improper removal may damage the paint.

For printed graphics, we only use 3M or Avery premium cast vinyl with matching laminates which ensure the highest quality finish and most prolonged life of the vinyl print. For solid colour graphics, we use a range of 3M, Avery or Oracal vinyl designed to suit the specific requirements of your job.
Yes, All vehicles need to be clean and free of dust, mud and pollen prior to installing as any dirt or grease would be trapped under the film will cause adhesion issues. DO NOT use a wax cleaner as this reduces the adhesion of the vinal and will need to be removed prior to installing your graphics. Vehicles which are excessively dirty or which require extra cleaning may incur an additional charge.

We prefer to install at our factory as we have everything setup for installation, We can install off-site if required as long as there is a clean, well lit, dust free area for installation such as a garage or warehouse.
Keep your vehicle surface clean s important, frequent hand washing to eliminate surface contaminants which can damage or stain the graphics. Vinyl wraps may be run through car washes. Touchless car washes are the best for graphics care. Use of brush car washes (depending upon the frequency and quality of brush) may cause the dulling/scratching/lifting edge of the graphics. We DO NOT recommend pressure washers as the water pressure may lift the edge of the vinyl resulting in premature failure.
Absolutely. Heat can be applied to the vinyl to reactivate and soften the adhesive to make it easier to remove and will not cause damage to the vehicle if the underlying paint is in good condition. Graphics that have been on a vehicle for a very a long time can be a tedious process as the vinyl becomes brittle and comes off in small pieces. Any remaining adhesive can be removed with special cleaners or alcohol
